Season seven finds Tommy at a crossroads, as Janet tells him the only way she’ll move forward with her pregnancy is if he quits the FDNY. Meanwhile, other personal issues come to a head, as Lou comes to with the trauma behind his issues with food, and the men on 62 Truck all write letters to be opened upon the event of their deaths.
